I am delighted to have joined the team in early February 2023. I previously led operations and innovations for a region-wide public and third-sector partnership. My work involved building strong working relationships and implementing change with stakeholders from various backgrounds, including the NHS. I have also collaboratively worked on refugee, migrant and asylum matters at governmental level.

My role focuses on developing services that deliver the vision and mission of ONP and the PCN. The objective of ultimately improving health outcomes for the population drew me to this position. I am passionate about improving performance and making a real difference to the individuals, communities and organisations I work with.

Outside of work, I seem to spend the majority of my time coaching and ferrying my children to a number of different sports activities.
