I have worked as a GP in Norwich since 2005, I became an educator, appraiser and coach because I am passionate about supporting people in their personal and professional development through explorative and reflective processes. Quality and equality in patient care has been a central driver to my professional life, as a primary care doctor. I bring this to my role as a clinical director, to support decision making for the people of Norwich. In my private time I am an artist and enjoy the simple pleasures of nature.
