Dr Kelly Markham left Northern Ireland to attend Cambridge University and qualified as a doctor in 2004. She worked in north and south Norfolk as a GP but has been in Norwich since 2012 and has worked at Bacon Road Medical Centre for the past 5 years.

Dr Markham has been chair of Norwich CCG Council of Members (2017-2020) and a member of Norfolk and Waveney Training Hub Development Group (2017-2019). These roles reflected her strong belief that sustained improvements in patient care will come by supporting the health care workforce. 

Dr Markham, her husband and two children all love the sea and spend a lot of their spare time at various coastlines both here in Norfolk and in Ireland.
