Jan Hardinge
Jan has a history of management in General Practice, hence commencing in this role. She has, in the past, served on Costessey Parish Council and South Norfolk District Council. Jan is originally from Ashby de la Zouch in the East Midlands but has spent much of her adult life in Norfolk and Suffolk. She has recently taken up tennis and spends much of her time trying to improve.
She loves to travel and has recently returned
from a surf and yoga retreat in Northern Portugal, however, didn’t do much of
either, instead finding her way to the tennis courts where she enjoyed the
company of a lovely tennis coach.
She
enjoys cycling and walking her dog, Talulah, who is a Cockador, and as such has
proved to be a bit of a handful, retrieving wild animals and refusing to give
them up.
Jan has two grown up children and grandchildren whom she loves to spend time with.
She also enjoys socialising,
reading, cooking and watching movies. During
the pandemic she learnt to administer vaccinations and enjoyed the camaraderie
of the clinics and the face-to-face contact with patients.
