OneNorwich Practices

Is an organisation which supports doctors surgeries in Norwich to provide better patient services.

We also provide services for patients.

Our funding

OneNorwich Practices is funded by the local clinical commissioning group, also by NHS England and by local GP Surgeries.

Members organisation

We are a membership organisation. Our members are local family doctors – GPs – who help us develop the best services for patients and staff. You can see a list of our GP Practices here.

Our leadership

OneNorwich Practices has a board of directors who meet regularly to agree objectives and the direction of our work. We also have a senior leadership team to direct the work and a clinical strategy group to advise us. More details.

Getting involved

There are many ways you can get involved with OneNorwich Practices. These include asking at your GP Practice about their Patient Participation Group (PPG) and visiting Healthwatch Norfolk to give your feedback on health services.

Our Annual Report

Each year we produce an Annual Report and in it we look back at what we've achieved and look forward to what we would like to achieve.  You can view it here.

If you would like to complain or give feedback about a service you have received, the first place you should go is to the place where you received the service.  This could be the hospital, GP practice or other service provider. If you would like help giving feedback see here. (Bottom of page)
