OneNorwich Practices
Is an organisation which supports doctors surgeries in Norwich to provide better patient services.
We also provide services for patients.
Our funding
OneNorwich Practices is funded by the local clinical commissioning group, also by NHS England and by local GP Surgeries.
Members organisation
We are a membership organisation. Our members are local family doctors – GPs – who help us develop the best services for patients and staff. You can see a list of our GP Practices here.
Our leadership
OneNorwich Practices has a board of directors who meet regularly to agree objectives and the direction of our work. We also have a senior leadership team to direct the work and a clinical strategy group to advise us. More details.
Our Chair
Sarah Ambrose is a nurse and is also chair of the OneNorwich Practices Board. She is responsible for leading the Board, focusing it on strategic matters, overseeing the Group's business and setting high governance standards.
Our Chief Executive
Janka Rodziewicz is the chief executive of OneNorwich Practices. Janka has a Ph.D and is responsibile for making important organsational decisions. She also acts as the main point of communication between the board of directors and the senior leadership team.
Getting involved
There are many ways you can get involved with OneNorwich Practices. These include asking at your GP Practice about their Patient Participation Group (PPG) and visiting Healthwatch Norfolk to give your feedback on health services.

Feedback
If you would like to complain or give feedback about a service you have received, the first place you should go is to the place where you received the service. This could be the hospital, GP practice or other service provider. If you would like help giving feedback see here. (Bottom of page)
