Ashlyn joined in ONP in March 2022 as head of people to review the HR offering and develop a people strategy to support ONP and its staff. She has a level 7 CIPD qualification.
 
Ashlyn has a varied background with previous experience in the housing and private sectors covering several specialist and generalist HR roles including process development, system integration, management development and complex case management.

Ashlyn is passionate about creating great working environments where employees are supported and able to thrive.
 
In her spare time she enjoys a multitude of sports including, snowboarding, rock climbing and running after a toddler, which she believes is her most extreme sport.
